Description
As a veteran of the restaurant equipment trade, I recognize this “workhorse” immediately. This is a Southbend S60DD 60-inch commercial gas range featuring ten non-clogging burners and a double standard-oven base. Built for high-volume production, it utilizes heavy-duty stainless steel for the front and sides and features the classic Southbend red manifold. This unit likely puts out approximately 28,000 to 33,000 BTU per burner, with 35,000 BTU for each oven. Condition is heavy-use/industrial; there is significant grease accumulation, carbon buildup in the ovens, and five missing control knobs. The red finish on the control panel shows notable peeling and surface rust. H 58″, W 61″, D 34″. Please use photos to judge condition and bid accordingly.
