This striking collection of six Moroccan-style “Henn” lanterns showcases the classic fusion of intricate metalwork and vibrant cobalt blue glass. Each piece features traditional pierced “Moucharaby” patterns in the dark-patinated metal frames, designed to cast evocative shadows when illuminated. The set includes two grand, elongated pendant-style lanterns with tapering geometric bodies and four smaller table or hanging lanterns with domed tops. These artisanal pieces are likely mid-to-late 20th-century imports, capturing the timeless aesthetic of North African bazaar lighting. The condition is fair to good overall; several glass panels on the larger lanterns exhibit significant cracking and fractures, some metal frames show surface oxidation and bending, and there is visible dust and residue from previous use.
