Lot 529:
Description
This curated assembly features eight distinct examples of late 19th and early 20th-century decorative glass, showcasing a variety of popular period techniques. The collection includes a striking blue and white slag glass vase with a ruffled rim, a tall aqua opalescent “swung” style vase, and several Bristol-style cobalt pieces—one featuring hand-painted floral enamels and another with a unique triple-bulbous form. Also of note is the white milk glass urn with blue “pretzel” handles and a clear pressed glass vase with a flashed amber/gold rim. These pieces likely originate from American houses like Fenton, Northwood, or Westmoreland. The condition is generally good; however, there is visible wear to the enamel on the cobalt floral vase, minor gilt loss on the pressed glass rim, and expected shelf wear or small rough spots on the pontils and bases.
