Description
A pair of vintage porcelain decorative plates by S.T. W. (Schumann Traunreut) Bavaria, Germany, featuring central transfers of pheasants in a natural landscape. One plate is finished with a vibrant cobalt blue rim and the other with a deep cranberry-pink rim, both accented with ornate gold filigree floral borders and gilded edges. The undersides bear the green crowned shield maker’s mark and an impressed numerical digit. Very good condition with no visible chips or cracks; minor shelf wear to the underside foot rings. 12″ Diameter.
