Description
Belgium made, folding trigger, pinfire revolver. The pinfire cartridge was one of the first successful self-contained cartridges in history, and the pistol saw use in Europe and the United States during the 19th century. This mid-late 19th century revolver has a solid frame and features a 3 3/8-inch barrel. It is chambered in 7.65mm pinfire, with a 6-shot barrel, and a folding trigger. The frame and barrel show oxidation with pitting. The bore is in fair condition, showing light freckling. The rifling is prominent. The action and trigger are smooth and tight. The loading gate is missing. The overall length of the revolver is 7 ½ -inches.
