Description
Vintage concho belt circa 1960s features a series of 9 (excluding the buckle) oval shaped sterling silver conchos adorning a dark leather strap. Each concho is intricately stamped with a central design, surrounded by decorative tooling that includes scalloped edges and sculpted depth. The conchos are secured on the belt with copper bands soldered to the back of each, with the leather belt passing through them. The buckle itself has a hinged back and is stamped “Sterling DB” on the back. It has a similar central design as the rest of the conchos, but its border makes it more distinct. Good condition. Dimensions: 43” x2.25”. Each concho is approximately 3.25”x2.25”. See photos.
