Description
Large Akimel O’odham Pima bowl dating circa 1920s features a closed coil weave of natural fibers possibly willow, devil’s claw and bear grass. Rounded base. The bowl exhibits a wide and deep form. Symmetrical geometric design on exterior and interior walls. Condition is very good with some loss of weave at rim. Dimensions: 16.5” wide x 4” tall. See photos.
