OVERSIZED Babe Ruth 30″ x 26″ Framed Photograph That Hung in Yankee Stadium”accompanied with (Family) 2020 LOA signed my Mark Michael. YANKEE STADIUM IS KNOWN AS THE HOUSE THAT RUTH BUILT. This exact image graced the sacred walls of “Old” Yankee Stadium sometime after 1923 until 1973. These holy walls have entertained 19 World Series Titles brought home to the “Capitol of the World” by such names as Ruth, DiMaggio, Gehrig, Mantle, Yogi, Maris and MANY MANY MANY Other All Stars. Decades of continued prominent dominance created consequential popularity fabricating the need for stadium upgrades which took place in 1973. Amongst the multitude of improvements and additions one noteworthy deduction would be this OVERSIZED BABE RUTH ACTION POSE Framed Photo. This Attractive Action Shot is singled out with a hand painted grey background helping the silhouette to really pop at the viewer. Elegant and Iconic simplistic black and white photograph of THE BABE HIMSELF, post swing. The very swing that earned him the title of Sultan of Swat that was responsible for 714 home runs; The KING until until 1974 many years after the Babes death. Babe did it with harder travel along with a care free attitude arguably making it a more crowing achievement. Babe did it all while eating hotdogs and smoking cigars; just like Sinatra, Babe “Did It His Way”. Image is 20 x 40 & mounted on a thin wood backing. Additionally included is the framed photo of an extremely well dressed Roger Maris standing just below this framed Ruth at old Yankee Stadium. This beloved image left Yankee possession and was purchased by Gene “the stick” Michael who was a player turned coach, turned scout and turned manager; credited for the Yankee rebuild creating the 1990s dynasty farming players such as Jeter, Pettitte, ONeil, Williams & Posada. Family COA comes from Mark Michael, Gene’s son and is included. This likeness is still showcased the SAME as it did when it graced the holy walls of “Old” Yankee Stadium, featured in the same black wood frame still showing the screw holes placed on the frame during its tenure. Frame is perfectly accented with silver plate nametag centralized along the bottom edge along with the original Old Yankee Stadium Screw Holes. From an orphanage to the HOME RUN KING making more than the President of the United States!! “Why Not I had a BETTER YEAR Than He Did !!!” A True AMERICAN STORY !!! It doesn’t get much better as far as a display piece, a true one of a kind and just like the Babe Large and in Charge. A True Status Statement. Who is the Greatest Yankee Fan??
