October Fall Classic
Lot 1219:
Description
An original horse drawn milk delivery wood wagon is a more unusual one. This was designed for city use where the stops were close together and the driver stoop at the back instead of getting in and out the side door. It has been said in old articles from drivers that the horse would get so accustomed to stops that the driver would get out at a stop and the horse would instinctively go to the next stop to save time. Not many of these historical wooden items have survived! Put your company logo on it for advertising! Overall in good condition. Comes with the reacher.
105″ L X 72″ W X 91″ H
Note: Pickup/ Transport required. Contacts available post auction.
