Description
An incredible piece of art for any dedicated Deadhead. This is a large, substantial wall hanging depicting one of the iconic Grateful Dead “Marching Bears.” Titled “Marching On” on a rear label, this piece is crafted from a cut metal figure mounted on a heavily patinated backplate. The bear is filled with a beautiful mosaic of crushed semi-precious stones, including Malachite, Lapis, Labradorite, and Turquoise, creating a stunning and unique tribute to the legendary band. The artwork on the front appears to be in excellent condition. The back has a raw, industrial finish with some surface rust on the frame and a simple wire hanger. H 28″, W 24″, D 1.5″.
