Japanese Civilian Samurai Katana with paperwork. BLADE: One hole tang. Signed “Bizen Kuniju Osafune Sukisada Saku” Dated 1523. BLADE MARKINGS: Long ware on blade (flaw). HABAKI: Plain copper. GUARD (Tsuba): No. HANDLE (Tsuka): Good handle with broken binding. Interesting but different fittings. SCABBARD (Saya): Separated. MEASUREMENTS : 36 ” overall. 24-3/8” blade.
