Description

World War II Japanese Type 94 Nambu pistol. Produced at the Nagoya Arsenal under the Toriimatsu factory, this particular pistol features the “Late War” or “Last Ditch” aesthetic, characterized by slab-sided wooden grips and a more utilitarian finish compared to earlier production runs. The left side of the frame displays the Japanese kanji for “Type 94,” while the right side bears the serial number 63392 and a date code of 19.10, indicating it was manufactured in October 1944. Very nice gun with one matching mag. Condition is 96% showing only minor wear to the upper slide and grips. The bore is clean and the trigger/action function properly. Please see photos for overall condition. Part of the John Bannister Collection.
