Description
Here is an extremely RARE, 1945 Japanese National Pistol For Civilian Defense. A last ditch weapon fabricated from scrap material it was to be used by the civilian defense forces in the event of an Allied invasion. These were loaded with black powder and fired by the hammer striking a primer-igniter on top of the barrel. Mounted on a rustic display board, it will make a wonderful addition to the advanced collection of WWII Japanese war memorabilia. Please see photos for overall condition.
