Description
A nice collection of civil war and Indian war books including:
1) Book: “Boots and Saddles or Life in Dakota with General Custer.” by Elizabeth B. Custer with portrait and map New York Harper brothers Franklin Square 1885. 312 pages. Fair condition. Water stains to cover and stains throughout the book binding loose but complete dedication for Christmas dated December 25th 1886. Sandwich, IL. Dim: 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” 1-1/2”.
2) Book: “The Heroic Life of Ulysses S Grant.” Boston, Dewolf Fisk & Company. 1902. 48 pages part of the heroic series in good condition with typical wear to the cover binding is tight. Dim: 7-1/2” x10” x ½”.
3) Set of two books: “The Union 1861 to 1865” and “The Confederacy 1861 to 1865”, by Richard Bales. Columbia records. Vinyl records in sleeve of the back of each book both are complete and in excellent condition. Books have typical shelf where 32 pages [Confederate] and 60 pages [Union]. Dim for each 14”x12-1/2” x1/2”
