Knives, Solingen, FN/FAL bayonet, from middle-half of 20th century to modern era. Blades from East and West. Includes: 1) FN FAL M1965 tubular socket bayonet w/scabbard. Electro pencil marked “4671” on socket. Dimensions: Bayonet 11.5” long overall. 2) Solingen Germany Dagger Eagle Claw and Ball. Dagger. in leather sheath. Marked on blade: Korium. Forged Solingen Steel. Made in Germany”. Sheat stamped, “Made in Germany”. Historically manufactured in the 1930s these were intended to promote the ideology of the time period. After the end of the Second World War, this model was very successful and continued to be sold. Sheath leather securing snap broken. Dimensions: 10.25” overall. Blade 6.25”. In sheath: 10.5” long. 3) Pair of modern throwing knives in sheaths. Stamped “Japan” on ricasso. Coated wire wrapped handle. Dimensions: 7.5” long overall. Blade 3” long x 1.25” wide. Black finish on blades. Black leather snap enclosure sheaths. Good condition. 4) Vintage Gurkha Kukri knife circa mid-20th century. Bone and wood handle. Accented with copper and other metals. Lion head pommel. Blade approximately 9” long. Overall knife 13”. Wooden sheath covered in leather, metal accents. Leather dried and broken at top. Two smaller knives w/wooden handles would have been inserted in top of sheath. Each measure 3.5” long. See photos.
