Description
VERY UNUSUAL!! “1894” Winchester 1886 45-90 26″ Rifle in Very Good condition with some wear and a beautiful Case finish. Comes with a letter from The Cody Winchester Museum (Winchester Records Archive) The bore is sharp and like a mirror. Desirable 45-90 WCF caliber with full length magazine tube. Excellent bright shiny bore. Original sights include a German silver blade front and a standard sporting rear. Barrel and mag tube have most of the blue remaining. Corners are sharp. Markings are good. Overall gun is in excellent condition having a high quality professional refinish done some time ago. The receiver has vivid case color with some fading. Wood has some small dings.
