Description
Indian Wars US Cavalry Model 1887 Carbine Boot for Trapdoor carbine. Complete with all mounting straps and brass throat. Meant to be attached to the McClellan saddle. All leather construction with brass reinforcement at the throat. Some crazing to the leather, but overall, in good condition. Measures 13-1/4” x3” x 4” This piece of Cavalry equipment was part of the Civil War and Indian War display at Donley’s Wild West Town Museum for 45 years.
