Description
Original CDV of Confederate General J.E.B. Stuart. No photographer’s back mark. A strong image in near fine condition. Measures: 2-1/2” x 4”. James Ewell Brown “Jeb” Stuart was known to his friends as “Jeb,” from the initials of his given names. While he cultivated a cavalier image, his serious work made him the trusted eyes and ears of Robert E. Lee’s army. This CDV was part of the Civil War and Indian War display at Donley’s Wild West Town Museum for 45 years.
