Description
This machine in its oak cabinet and cover have their original “limed” oak finish. Both have some minor finish loss here and there and appear to have been recoated. and average in appearance. .This machine has a 2/4 minute conversion and comes with both a model C and model H reproducers both of which have good stylus’. Carriage and mandrill move freely. The upper mech and bed plate have their original black paint and pinstripes in fair condition with the usual wear. Has its original slotted cast iron winding crank which is damaged at the slotted end however still useable. The motor winds and runs. Also included is an unusual original horn support which has its original nickel plating with some peeling and rust in fair condition. Also included is an after market 32″ L 11 panel hand painted steel horn which is 22″ at the large end. The inside of the horn is hand painted with a floral design depicting white peonies with green leaves. The inside of the horn with the paintings is in good condition however the outside of the horn appears to have been clear coated with evidence of a sloppy repair towards the small end of the horn where the panels join to the tapered cone.
