This machine in its attractive early style oak cabinet has its original finish and decals which are in overall good condition. The finish is lightly crazed throughout with a few minor nicks and scrapes here and there All four corner columns are nicely in tact. Has it original Zonophone marked reproducer and tone arm which have their original nickel plating in average condition. The tone arm has three small dents but in otherwise good condition. The back bracket has its original black paint and pinstripes in good condition with a few minor scrapes here and there. The decorative cast iron bedplate has its original speed control and brake all of which has their original nickel plating with the usual wear. Has its original 9″ cast iron turntable with its original felt. Has its original winding crank and the motor winds and runs, Has its original 25″ long 11 panel nickel plated brass horn and elbow both of which are in good original condition with some minor pitting as well as a minor dent near the small end on the outside of the horn. Nickel plated panel horns on Zonophones are rarely seen. Cabinet measures 16″ W X 13″ D X 8″ H. This is a nice example of a hard to find machine. A good honest survivor.
