This “Black Beauty”, 1965 C2 Corvette Stingray started with a 396 4 speed and factory air conditioning and is now powered by a replacement fuel injected Chevy crate ZZ3 motor mated to a Muncie M-21 4 speed transmission and a 370 Posi rear end with dual exhaust. The motor has a forged steel crank and hypereutectic (aluminum) pistons, Hooker competition headers (silicon coated) with 9.8:1 compression pushing 345 horsepower! This C2 is sitting on Goodyear Integrity tires with Kelsey Hayes 15″ knock off wheels along with the C2 signature “pop up” headlights. Interior is all black and is in excellent condition with no cracks to the seats or door panels.
This older restoration is in magnificent condition with 58,500 original miles. Glossy black velvet paint has undergone recent paint correction polishing and finished as a total blackout with glossy black bumpers, black fuel cap, black knock off’s, black door handles and black logos.
