VIN # 3N66Z138534 This 1963 Ford Galaxie 500 automatic street rod two door hardtop is finished in two tone Black and Red with Red racing interior. Good solid body with no rust and VG paint. It’s powered by a Ford 460 small block Police Interceptor racing motor. The motor was refreshed in 2022 to include cylinders bored to .050, polished pistons and rods, Holley Fuel Injection, Holley Ignition, complete valve job and top end work. Receipts totalling $8500. Engine is mated to a 3 speed automatic transmission. The Galaxie is finished with a Champion aluminum radiator, B & M ratchet shifter, Flotek Headers with side exhaust, and 15″ American Racing wheels. Restoration was halted due to illness but is 90% complete. Runs and drives but gauge and speedometer cluster has not been re installed. Frame and floor pan are solid with no rust or damage. Suspension and hoses recently replaced and has a 9″ rear end. Speedometer and dash wiring needs to be re installed to the new wiring harness that is in place (installation manual and charts are included. Odometer shows 58656 miles. Many spare parts included to finish the job and make this Galaxie a vintage race car! The car runs and looks great and will present well at shows.
