Nice counter top dealer display for the famous Appleton automobile spotlight popular on cars in the 1940’s & 50’s. The “Appleton” as it was simply known was manufactured by Appleton Electric Co. in Chicago, Illinois. They were popular with law enforcement and delivery drivers. 6 volt operation. The painted sheet metal counter display stand with litho graphics holds an actual spotlight that can be moved with the articulating handle and turned on and off. The condition of the display in excellent. A seldom seen item for sure.
