“1943” Remington Rand 1911A1 .45acp Parkerized Pistol in very good condition with wear and remnants of oxidation. The gun is tight, with NO rattles. The bore has light freckling. “P” on top of slide and behind mag release, the trigger guard has a “2”, “7” & a “0”. Inspection mark “FJA” (Frank J Atwood). Late model curved mainspring housing and lanyard loop. Barrel: H S Sigh Standard, Stocks: MFG by Keyes Fiber Co reinforcement rings, left 10 5n point star w/ k inside, right 12 5 point star w/ k inside, Slide has no milled cut, rear sight: flat top, square notch, recoil spring: short legs, WWII flat side hammer, 1911a1 grip safety and short trigger, 1x G General shaver division magazine.
