Good overall condition with some blemishes and imperfections such as minor scuffs, scratches & missing and chipping paint (mostly on head). Comes dressed with blue vest, Oshkosh blue jeans & black leather shoes. Stands on base. Please use photos to judge condition and bid accordingly.
