Description
*NO SHIPPING – PICKUP OR THIRD PARTY TRANSPORT ONLY*Made by the Hurlbut Amusement co of Whittier CA by Wendell "Bud" Hurlbut in the 1950’s & 60’s this is No 28 of 46 built bearing the number 1028 on the engine. It is 14" gauge. All original it has been in storage for many years. The locomotive is powered by a Wisconsin gasoline engine. The engine turns over and is not stuck but it has not been started. In overall good condition it will need some restoration. The engine measures 96" long, 28" wide, 39" tall. The tender (operators seat) measures 72" long, 29" wide, 31" tall. It comes with 2 steel construction open gondola style passenger cars which each seat 8 children. The cars each measure 8’7" long, 29" wide, 31" tall. The train does come with about a 30′ diameter layout of track.
