This music box is an attractive oak cabinet in as found condition. Appears to have its original finish. Has large applied carvings on the front. Top cover has a shrinkage crack. See photo. The single comb mechanism winds, runs and plays. The comb has some minor surface rust with no broken teeth or tips. Has homemade winding crank. Has zither attachment that appears to be original but has been removed but is included in the cabinet. Keyhole escutcheon is included but not attached. Has original cabinet key. Should restore nicely.
