Original finish oak cabinet with VG banner decal. Lid fits but is a refinished mismatch. Original black paint and pinstripe on bed plate. Carriage and mandrel move freely. No reproducer or crank. Motor appears complete but untested. Upper mech loose on bed plate. No horn included
