From jim Geibel collection. Item Description: Copper container for carrying nitroglycerin. Type Designator/Model: N/A. Cal./Size: 6 ¼-inches wide, 6 ¼-inches deep and 15-inches high. Color: Unpainted metal Manufacturer: Unknown Country of Origin: United States. Long Description: The can is in mostly solid condition with much discoloration and corrosion. One of the opening lips is slightly dented, but can no doubt be brought back to normal. As usual, the corks that fit in the two openings are missing. Again, Jim Geibel was able to find items like this that are rarely ever offered for sale.
