Description
This dagger is RZM marked M/7/10 1941. The blade is bright but is has grayed with wear and age. Blade has some dings to ends and shows cleaning and discoloration. Tip has very minor blunting that is hard to even see. The plated fittings show wear but no flaking of plating. crossguard is fairly tight. Wood handle shows wear to finish and has one small hairline crack near crossguard and has no chips. Button and eagle show wear too. Scaabard show much wear and paint loss. Chain is complete and marked “MUSTERSCHUTZ NSKK-KORPSFUNRUNG”. Clip spring functions well and blade is good tight fit in scabbard. The entire dagger shows same even wear which is appealing to collectors.
