Color: Gray with markings in red, a red band, black band and a brown band. The base is all red. Manufacturer: Pine Bluff Arsenal, Little Rock, AR. Country of Origin: United States
Long Description: WWII era item or information shows 1968 time period. Expended launch tube cap. There is no headstamp. Markings stenciled on the side of the case are “CARTRIDGE, 40 MM; RIOT CONTROL CS, XM674; LOT NO. PBA- 3-43”.
