Long Description: The heavy steel body has nine holes with blue plastic insert tubes on both the top and bottom. There is a large hole in the base. Cast into the plastic fuze body are the letters “CTS”. Markings on the grenade are “CTS COMBINED TACTICAL SYSTEMS; MODEL 7290-9; 9 BANG; 1.5 SECOND DELAY, patent, danger, instruction, caution storage and manufacturer’s data”. 2) Item Description: Heavy cylindrical steel bodied flash/bang hand grenade. Long Description: The heavy steel body has radiating slots on both the top and bottom. There is a small threaded hole in the base. Cast into the fuze body are very small letters “CTS”. Markings on the grenade are “CTS; MODEL 7290; FLASH BANG; 1.5 SECOND DELAY, patent number, danger, instruction, caution storage and manufacturer’s data”. 3) Item Description: Very heavy steel flash/bang hand grenade. Long Description: Heavy hand grenade with a slotted top and bottom. Markings on the body are ”CTS; MODEL 7290; FLASH BANG; 1.5 SECOND DELAY; U.S. PATENT 5,654, 523; manufacturer’s data; warnings, instructions and storage information”. Excellent clear markings on this grenade. There is white label on the top of the fuze that has the word “INERT” on it. There is a small threaded hole in the base of the body. The blue body of the fuze has “CTS” on it. There are no markings on the black fuze safety handle. Long Description: This is a command initiated mini bang stun grenade. The body of the grenade has radiating grooves on the top and bottom. There is a small threaded hole in the base. The white plastic adapter in the fuze well has a short length of shock tube in it. Markings on the grenade are “CTS COMBINED TACTICAL SYSTEMS; MODEL 7290MCI; MINI BANG; COMMAND INITIATED, danger, patent, instruction, caution storage and manufacturer’s data”. There is also a small paper label with the word “DUMMY”on it.
