Collection of (52) hard to come by Moore & Calvi Hard a Port Cut Plug antique playing cards. Good to very good overall condition, missing the 4 of diamonds and includes one Joker. From the estate of Ira J. Bourassa who studied in Rome (same class as Pope John XXIII) and became a well known Monsignor ( Street named after him in Sherbrooke, P, Q, ). Ira served for the U.S. Army in World War I and took these naughty cards away from a soldier, in efforts to save his soul from sinful temptation.
