*NO SHIPPING – PICKUP OR THIRD PARTY TRANSPORT ONLY*Made by Bally Mfg of Chicago circa 1960’s, Model No. 831-ZE TL-8563, 25 cent 3-line electro-mechanical operation in VG condition, includes oak stand. Accompanied by a certificate stating that this machine came from the Cal Neva Casino in Lake Tahoe once owned by Frank Sinatra in the 1960’s before the Nevada Gaming Commission revoked his gaming license, the Cal-Neva official sticker is on the side of the slot.Note: Slot machines cannot be shipped to Connecticut, Hawaii, Nebraska & South Carolina.
