This lot of 5 are inert and from Jim Geibel collection. 1) Cylindrical steel bodied stun hand grenade. Type Designator/Model: 7290M
Cal./Size: 1 ½-inches in diameter and 5 ?-inches high
Color: Black with white markings Manufacturer: Combined Tactical Systems Country of Origin: United States. Trainer: Maybe. This is a mini bang stun grenade. The body of the grenade has radiating grooves on the top and bottom. There is a small threaded hole in the base. Cast into the plastic fuze body are the letters “CTS”. Markings on the grenade are “CTS COMBINED TACTICAL SYSTEMS; MODEL 7290M; MINI BANG; 1.5 SECOND DELAY, danger, patent, instruction, caution storage and manufacturer’s data”. There is also a small paper label with the word “DUMMY”on it. 2) Heavy cylindrical steel bodied flash-bong hand grenade.

There is also a hole in the center of the bottom. A paper label on the top of the fuze has “INERT” printed four times.
Markings stenciled on the body are: “CTS Logo; MODEL 7290; FLASH BANG; 1.5 SECOND DELAY;
warnings, instructions, cautions and storage; maker’s location”. 3) Item Description: Small heavy steel flash/bang hand grenade. Type Designator/Model: Model 7290M. Cal./Size: 1 ½ -inches in diameter and 5 ½ -inches high. Color: Black with white markings Manufacturer: Combined Tactical Systems Country of Origin: United States. Trainer: Maybe. Long Description: Heavy hand grenade with a slotted top and bottom. Markings on the body are ”CTS COMBINED TATICAL SYSTEMS; MODEL 7290M; FLASH BANG; 1.5 SECOND DELAY; U.S. PATENT 5,654, 523; manufacturer’s data; warnings, instructions and storage information”. There is minor corrosion on the fuze body. There are no markings on the fuze. 4) Type Designator/Model: 7290MT. Cal./Size: 1 ½-inches in diameter and 5 ?-inches high. Color: Blue with white markings Manufacturer: Combined Tactical Systems Country of Origin: United States. Trainer: Yes. Long Description: The body has radiating grooves on the top and bottom. There is a small threaded hole in the base of the body. The blue body of the fuze has “CTS” on it. There are no markings on the black fuze safety handle. Markings on the grenade body are “LEFT-HAND THREAD; CTS; COMBINED TACTICAL SYSTEMS; MODEL 7290MT; MINI BANG TRAINING SYSTEM; manufacturer’s, danger, instructional and storage data”. 5) Item Description: Very heavy steel flash/bang hand grenade. Type Designator/Model: Model 7290. Cal./Size: 2-inches in diameter and 5 ¼-inches high. Color: Black with white markings Manufacturer: Combined Tactical Systems Country of Origin: United States.
