Description
This early style 4 latch Suitcase Style machine in its oak cabinet has its original finish and large red and gold banner decal. All of which are in good as found original condition. The 4 cabinet latches are all present and in good working order. The carriage and mandrel move freely. The carriage is fitted with a recorder which is missing its diaphragm and cutting stylus. The carriage is also fitted with a shaving attachment. The upper mech and bedplate have their original black paint and pinstripes in fair condition with the usual wear mainly on the pinstripes. Has a desirable original cast iron winding crank with a National Phonograph Company name plate attached to the crank. The motor winds and runs. A nice example of an early machine.
