Additional Description: Absolutely stunning and icon image of Stan Musial at the 1949 MLB All-Star game at Ebbets Field. Upon seeing this image for the first time, Stan Musial told Bobby O. that it “…is one of the best photographs of himself that he has ever seen”. Stan signed it with a big, strong signature (including MLB HOF induction date of 1969) with a blue Sharpie. One of the many rare, compelling and unpublished images from the Phillip Sarno photography collection.
