(4) Vintage Three Little Pigs & Wolf Dolls, complete matching set from the 1950s, classic examples of “cut-and-sew” fabric panel dolls, JC Penney sold illustrated cotton sheets featuring front-and-back character designs, families would cut along the dotted line, stitch them together and stuff them at home, wolf in trademark overalls 13″ tall, pigs in overalls with polka dots 9″ tall, shows typical age wear from a homemade 1950s project, some fraying and fabric separation, some yellowing, surface grime and light water staining, dolls retain their shape, internal stuffing has not clumped, fair to good condition, see photos. As a complete group of four, these are highly sought-after by collectors of vintage Americana and storybook memorabilia!
