(2) Antique Candlestick Telephones, popular from the late 1890s through the 1930s, heavy metal base, candlestick neck, microphone cup, earpiece, manual model meaning it predates widespread rotary dials and required an operator to connect every call, original fabric-covered wiring cord, base has a felt bottom, and an antique candlestick telephone that features a polished nickel-plated hardware on the collar, switchhook and the backplate of the transmitter cup, this trim combination was marketed as a more premier aesthetic option during the era, base has a metal plate, age-related wear, in as-found condition, see photos.
