Wile and edited by Ronald Dethlefson, Edison Two-Minute and Concert Cylinders, Edison Cylinder Records 1889-1912, and a specialized reference on vintage jukeboxes spanning 1900–1990. Also included is a 1973 Allen Koenigsberg facsimile reprint edition of a classic Edison Phonographs, Phonograph Outfits, and Phonograph Supplies catalog.
