Description
An original cast iron Gamewell fire alarm box from the Victor Talking Machine Co. factory building in Camden New Jersey. Has VTM Co. logo and name cast into the door. Comes complete with inside mechanism, the hammer to break the glass, and a key for the lock on the door. The Camden New Jersey plant campus was torn down during the 1980’s-90’s for redevelopment. The only building saved was the cabinet building which has been converted to luxury condos. Alarm has several coats of paint and is in overall VG original condition. Measures 13″ tall, 9″ wide, 5″ deep. From the Allen Koenigsberg collection.
