Description
Introduced in 1899, the Concert was Edison’s answer to Columbia’s Graphophone Grand which came out a year earlier. Plays the 5″ concert cylinders. In overall VG condition with original finish green oak case, VG plating on the parts, VG bedplate paint and pinstripe. Has a Model D reproducer in VG condition. Retains the scarce National Phonograph Co. tagged crank. Winds and runs well. Comes with a 14.5″ solid brass horn. The lid is included but has heavy water damage and needs to be rebuilt. Measures 17″ wide, 12″ deep, 16″ tall with out the lid. From the Allen Koenigsberg collection.
