Electric Co Electric Motor, St. Paul, MN, dating back to early 20th Century, produced specialized motors for industrial equipment, nameplate on top indicates model L2 EV, Serial No. 2303, visible copper windings and commutator segments, DC motor, shows some wear and oxidation, cords are slightly frayed, may require a light cleaning, see photos.
