Description
(2) Vintage Bar Lamps Chaplin, features a chalkware figure dressed as the Charlie Chaplin “Tramp” character leaning against a lamp post with a milk glass light-up globe marked “BAR” in stylized lettering, popular in the 50s, some damage to the finish, chips and cracks, his feet are broken off and missing, rewired and works correctly, see photos.
24″ tall
The second lamp appears to be approximately the same vintage and also features a chalkware figural character styled after Charlie Chaplin clinging to a street lamp post while holding a bottle, this one is intact, some minor paint wear, glass globe is not cracked, rewired as well, but is missing the rotary switch handle, the eagle finial has a broken retaining rod, see photos.
