Chicago Motor Club License Plate Topper, “Honor Member” license plate topper, specifically sent to CMC members who were recognized for referring new members to the club, features a winged gold-colored metal frame surrounding a circular emblem with a large red five-pointed star over a white “C”, brass with enamel detailing, dates from 1920 through the 1950s, comes with installation instructions and original shipping box, very good condition, see photos.
