Description
This distinctive vintage bicycle, built on a classic step-through girls’ frame, exemplifies the mid-century American cruiser aesthetic. Likely a modified or custom-built piece from the mid-to-late 20th century, it features a robust steel frame, high-rise cruiser handlebars with blue grips, and a unique, extended flat-rear fender/rack combo that gives it a utilitarian yet custom silhouette. A striking feature of this build is the matching set of blue tires and corresponding blue valve stems, which provide a bold, stylized contrast to the weathered frame. The bike is equipped with a classic spring-loaded saddle. While the manufacturer is not explicitly branded, the construction reflects standard US-made bicycle geometry of that period. Condition is heavily weathered; the frame exhibits significant surface rust and oxidation throughout, and the chrome fenders show signs of aging, pitting, and material fatigue.
