This Marin Shoreline Trail FRS (Full Suspension) is a classic example of late 90s mountain bike engineering, featuring a 6061 heat-treated aluminum frame with custom-butted tubing, proudly manufactured in the U.S.A. As a seasoned enthusiast, I appreciate this era of Marin’s design, which utilized a distinctive full-suspension linkage system paired with an RST front suspension fork and a Shock Works rear coil-over shock to tackle technical terrain. It is equipped with a Shimano drivetrain and capable Avid SD-1.9L rim brakes. The bicycle appears to be in good overall condition for its age, with standard surface wear and minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with recreational use, including typical marks on the paintwork and frame components.
