Meissen Porcelain Figure “Child with Newspaper Ha on Wooden Horse”, designed by Konrad Hentsch, 1905, depicts a child in a white nightgown wearing a newspaper-style hat while riding a toy hobby horse on wheels, “crossed swords” and “22” marked on underside, no chips or cracks, good condition, see photos.
