DeKalb “Flying Ear” Seed Corn Sign, this iconic logo, first conceived in 1935, symbolized how the higher yields of hybrid corn would help “lift” farmers’ mortgages during the Great Depression, single sided on hard board, “DC” under the “A”, produced after 1977, sign shows wear, some scratches, paint loss along edges, holes drilled for hanging, 31.5″ x 16.25″, see photos.
