Description

Manufactured by the Seeburg Piano Company, Chicago, IL Serial #157087, keyboardless (cabinet) piano with mandolin attachment and harmonic flute pipes, plays “G” or “4X” music rolls. Does not operate, severe water damaged lid, lots of cracks in soundboard with loose ribs. Looks to be mechanically complete and all components are in unrestored condition. Original coin slot and control knobs are present. All pipes are present in the machine. A time capsule Seeburg KT from an ice cream parlor near Fremont, Ohio. It is totally unrestored – offering a great opportunity to see how these machines were originally put together. When the owner’s father went to purchase it, he was told the asking price by the seller whose husband had passed. He insisted the machine was worth far more and paid about double of what she was asking. See video at https://youtu.be/2ZKqOHeco4w
